Primary Event Service

Wedding Venue

Our Primary Event Service at The Vintage Garden Barn is designed to provide you with a solid foundation for planning and executing your special event. Whether it’s a wedding, anniversary celebration, or party, our experienced team is dedicated to helping you create a memorable occasion. From venue selection to vendor coordination, our Primary Event Service covers the essential elements of event planning, allowing you to focus on the fun and excitement of your special day. Trust us to handle the logistics while you enjoy a seamless and unforgettable event at The Vintage Garden Barn.


One Day Rental

Friday(9am-10pm) or Sunday (9am-10pm) one day rental
Full estate access (bridal suite 9am until ceremony start only)


Full Weekend

Friday: 12pm to 8pm barn access for setup & rehearsal. Can have dinner catered in if wanted.
Saturday: 8am-11pm
Full access (bridal suite 8am until ceremony start only)
Sunday: 8am to 11am Clean up



9am-11pm Full access (bridal suite 9am until ceremony start only)
*one hour rehearsal by appointment*


Special Events:

Micro weddings, graduations, bridal/baby showers etc

20-72 inch round tables up to 200 guests
10-6ft rectangles for all other tables 
Set up/tear down of all tables & chairs 
Rustic white padded chairs for reception

Caterer/Bartender barn with fridges, ice chests and double kegerator
Farmhouse bridal suite with central air
Grooms suite with pool table
2 ceremony options
6 wine barrels

Free to choose all your own vendors as long as they are licensed and insured

White 40ft drape for ceremony tree
Separate driveway for all vendors

Bonfire pit (wood and attendant included)
Custom lighting throughout the entire property
Parking attendants to help guests/vendors (handicap spots available)

3 Patio heaters if needed

Option of inclosing open concept barn incase of inclement weather(decided the day before event)
Barn will be used for ceremony in the event of inclement weather 
-$2,000 non refundable & signed contract reserves your date and the rest is due 6 month prior. All couples are required to obtain Event Liability Insurance through
